You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including TCPA and CTIA guidelines, when using Conversably's SMS features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@conversably.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Conversably platform are owned by Conversably and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conversably shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive automated text messages from Conversably including call alerts, missed call notifications, call transcripts, and appointment confirmations.

Message frequency varies based on your platform activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Conversably will not share your mobile number or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
